1. 14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

unworn

unwashed
-
in original condition

in original packaging (when applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Free Returns
Y2K SHOP offers free returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
No return fees apply.
3. How to Request a Return

You will receive a response within 24–48 hours with instructions.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace your item with:

a different color

or another product of equal value
If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference may apply.
We cover all exchange shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

refunds are issued to your original payment method

processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
We do not refund:

items returned worn, washed, or damaged

items returned after the 14-day period

Refunds may be refused for items that do not meet eligibility criteria.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the carrier marks your package as Delivered but you did not receive it:
