All these items are printed on demand, meaning each product is made after your order is placed. This minimizes waste and ensures fresh, clean, and controlled production.

High-Definition Durable Printing

Every print is produced in HD for:

• accurate reproduction of the original design

Because printing happens after your order, we avoid overproduction and reduce environmental impact.

OEKO-TEX® Certified Inks (Skin-Safe)

At Y2K SHOP, quality is not a slogan — it’s verified.

All our POD prints use OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT–certified inks, one of the strictest international safety standards in the textile industry.

These certified inks:

• contain no harmful substances

• comply with REACH regulations

• meet requirements for heavy metals, solvents, allergenic dyes, and more

• are tested by independent accredited laboratories

• meet ZDHC Level 1 certification (highest safety level)

Safe for Sensitive Skin

These inks are approved for:

Full transparency: the official OEKO-TEX® documents come directly from our printing partner and apply to all POD categories listed above.

Materials may vary by model, but our priority is always comfort + durability.

True-to-Size Fit

Most POD garments fit true to size.
If a product fits differently, it is clearly indicated on the product page.

We also offer easy exchanges if the size doesn’t work.

Exclusive Y2K Designs

All visuals used on our apparel are created by professional graphic designers, then adapted and reworked internally to match the Y2K aesthetic.

Each design is exclusive to Y2K SHOP and printed only on demand — ensuring controlled, intentional production.

2. Jackets & Accessories

This category includes:

• Y2K Jackets

• Y2K Belts

• Y2K Balaclavas

These items are not printed on demand and therefore:

❌ do not use POD HD printing
❌ do not use OEKO-TEX® certified inks
❌ do not follow POD sizing standards

However, all materials, specifications, and features are listed clearly on each product page.

3. Updated Category: POD Hats, Beanies & Bucket Hats

Unlike the French catalog, our US hats, beanies, and bucket hats are now POD items printed in premium quality, meaning they share the same advantages as our POD apparel:

4. Product Visuals & Rendering

• POD visuals come from professionally created designs adapted by our team.

• Jackets and accessories may use images from trusted partners.

In all cases:

• images are used legally

• quality checks occur before shipping

5. Care Instructions

To extend the life of your garments, we recommend:

• wash inside out, using cold water

• avoid machine drying when possible

• do not iron directly on printed areas

If label instructions differ from our guidelines, follow the label first.
