1. Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders, without minimum purchase.
1.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, seasonal peaks).
1.3 Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
1.4 Tracking Your Order
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
1.5 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

unclaimed or refused deliveries

carrier errors outside our control
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unwashed

unworn

in their original condition

in the original packaging when applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.2 Free Returns
Y2K SHOP offers free returns.
A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.
2.3 How to Request a Return

2.4 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we can process an exchange for:

a different size

a different variant

or another product of equal value
If the replacement product has a higher price, you may be asked to pay the difference.
2.5 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved:

refunds are issued to your original method of payment

allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable (when applicable).
Returned items received damaged, worn, or used may be refused or partially refunded.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or missing items.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
